PTFE Thread Seal Tape Extrusion Line uses special designed piston extrusion ,contains 10 units of blender,prepressing machine, extruder, calendaring, winder, feeder, oven, rewinder, slitting machine, rewinder.
This machine is mainly used to produce PTFE thread seal tape which has the property of stable chemical performance, self-glutinosity, high acid & alkali resistance, high & low temperature resistance, can be widely used for mechanical thread, corrosive liquid & gas, high temperature steam, water-heating projects. It can bring the better sealed performance and higher the effective of the work.
To connect with other equipments we can produce fluoroplastic tube, film, fibre etc.
